    1. Work well around their classmates.
    2. Prioritize objectives.
    3. Balance functionality with aesthetics.
  2. Announcements:
    1. The last day for any late work for Q4 is Thursday, June 4th!
      1. This provides 2 weeks at the end of the Quarter for Mr. Smith to grade late work.
      2. For the rest of the Quarter we are using the PGCPS guideline of one day per lawful absence. Work from missed days will not be accepted after that.
  3. Previous Lessons: Lesson 3, Tux Typing 1, Lesson 4, Tux Math 1, Intro to Micro:Bit, Micro:Bit Buttons, Tux Typing 2, Micro:Bit Sensors, Tux Math 2, Luanti Circles, Luanti Parkour
  4. Today's Lesson: Luanti Parkour
    1. Today we are going to complete a lesson using Luanti.
    2. Students with a lawful absence who are making up work may attempt to create today's challenge using Voxels to earn credit. They will still hand in their sentences in the same location.
    3. To begin, you will follow Mr. Smith's instructions for finding and opening the Luanti app.
    4. Once you've connected, your first task is to create a jumping puzzle where the goal is to get from an Emerald Block to a Diamond Block.
      1. The challenge in game design is to find a balance between making the task easy enough to be possible while also hard enough to be interesting.
    5. With your work complete, go to Canvas and answer the question.
      1. How did you make your Parkour course more interesting?
    6. With the time remaining, play each others' Parkour courses.
  5. This is an IN-CLASS assignment, NOT HOMEWORK. LATE work will not be accepted, and make-up work after June 4th is accepted using the PGCPS guideline of 1 day per lawful absence!
