      1. The last day for any late work WAS Monday, January 12th!<\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span>\n
          \n
        1. Missing assignments posted before the 12th will remain zeroes, as enough time was given to complete them.<\/li>\n
        2. This deadline is 2 weeks before the end of the Quarter and is far more lenient than PGCPS policy.<\/li>\n
        3. Work owed from unexcused absences will still not be accepted.<\/li>\n
        4. Between January 12th and the last day of the Quarter, PGCPS policy will be followed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n

            3 Pts<\/td>\nImage should include a graphic element. (Don't have it JUST be a word or letter(s)!<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
            3 Pts<\/td>\nImage should NOT be more than two colors! (In this rare case, black and white count as colors.)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/li>\n
          2. Today, Mr. Smith is going to show you how to make a personal logo! We'll begin by remembering some important things from our last class.\n
              \n
            1. Text should always be as readable as possible!\n
                \n
              1. The value (how light or dark something is) of the text should be very different from its background.<\/li>\n
              2. Larger text is usually better.<\/li>\n
              3. TYPE IN ALL CAPITAL LETTERS! (You will almost never be told to do this, but for this project it's a good idea.)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
              4. There are many tools we can use, but for today we're using Method Draw: https:\/\/editor.method.ac\/<\/a><\/li>\n
              5. Begin by using the Text tool to add a single letter from your name into the canvas.\n
                  \n
                1. Stretch it out! Change the font! Change the color! What else can you do?<\/li>\n
                2. Consider adding a 2nd letter from your name. This may or may not work well, but try to get them to overlap in a way that looks cool.<\/li>\n
                3. Overlapping the letters might work better if they're the same color, or they may need to be two different colors depending on the effect you want.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
                4. Use the shape tools and find something that represents you in some way.<\/li>\n
                5. Use the \"Export\" option (under the \"File\" menu) to export your work as a PNG file to hand in.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
