  1. Objective:<\/strong>\n

    1. Students will share feedback on their REVISED scripts as well as their storyboards to ensure their Film Festival projects are as awesome as possible.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    2. Warm-Up: 2025-11-07: Ask Mr. Smith<\/strong><\/a>\n
        \n
      1. \n
          \n
        1. You should NOT already know the answer.<\/li>\n
        2. It should NOT be a question that can easily be answered by doing a Google Search.<\/li>\n
        3. It SHOULD be a question that relates to Media Arts.<\/li>\n
        4. It should NOT be about Mr. Smith.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
        5. Submit your script for printing before Mr. Smith goes over the expectations for the day or it will not be printed!<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n
        6. Warm-Ups are usually a 5 point Independent Work grade if a written response is expected, or a 5 point Assessment grade if the Warm-Up is a quiz. They are due at the start of class and not eligible for late submission or re-submission.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
        7. Announcements<\/strong>:<\/strong>\n

          1. November's Arcade Day is scheduled for<\/strong> Monday, November 24th.<\/strong><\/span>\n
              \n
            1. You will need to have a 70% OR HIGHER in this class to be eligible.<\/li>\n
            2. This does not change any deadlines.<\/li>\n
            3. This will also be a T-Shirt Printing Day.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
            4. Create & Collaborate Conference<\/strong>\n

              2. The names have already been selected, THIS CLASS is taking at least 3 per grade level.<\/li>\n
              3. You will be given a T-Shirt before the event. MAKE SURE you wear it on the day of the trip!<\/li>\n
              4. YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN LUNCH!<\/span> (Last year lunches were provided but the budget is different this year.)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
              5. Darnall's Chance House Museum<\/strong>\n

                1. The Historians will be visiting us on January 6th<\/span>.\n
                    \n
                  1. You will be working on this project as a group. (Mr. Smith is picking the groups.)<\/li>\n
                  2. Each group will be producing 3 videos, each with its own separate thumbnail image:\n
                      \n
                    1. 60 second video<\/li>\n
                    2. 30 second video<\/li>\n
                    3. 15 second video<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
                    4. Target Audience:\u00a0PG County Students & Residents (of all ages).<\/li>\n
                    5. Focus: Darnall\u2019s Chance & the Community Engagement & Visitation in regards to the 250th Anniversary of the American Revolution.\n

                        1. Freedom Suits<\/li>\n
                        2. Signing of Declaration of Independence (Darnall's Chance was decades old at that point.)<\/li>\n
                        3. Where do you see your place in community?<\/li>\n
                        4. What does it mean to be an American?<\/li>\n
                        5. How do you see yourself in stories of the colonial period (Shared Experience)<\/li>\n
                        6. \u201cPast Port\u201d to History, visit all sites to win a trip to a Historic Trust location.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
