(In this case, black and white count as colors. Blue and a lighter blue would also count as two colors.)<\/li>\n<li>25%: Silhouette art is taken from <a href=\"https:\/\/openclipart.org\/\">OpenClipArt.org<\/a> (or <a href=\"https:\/\/publicdomainvectors.org\/\">PublicDomainVectors.org<\/a>) and a proper citation is handed in along with the assignment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>The work for this project is involved enough for it to be better to watch this video tutorial than have Mr. Smith type it up here.<\/li>\n<li>This assignment is due IN CLASS. If it is not finished by the time we start work on the exit ticket, save what you have and hand it in anyway!
