Their new ally, the ettin known as Higglety Pigglety, was able to describe several ancient structures existing within a short walk (for the giant) away.<\/p>\n Given the choices, the party decided to go to the one with 12 sides.<\/p>\n Xytar approached the front door and immediately fell into a spike trap, but the damage was lessened as the trap was quite old and Xytar was able to fly back out. A very high roll from Finthetic detected a secret entrance to the side and how to open it.<\/p>\n Inside, the party found a series of passages illuminated by small, blue lights that moved along crevices in the walls. The party followed the passage until they reached a room with 12 exits, including the way they'd taken.<\/p>\n Xytar took one exit, with the rest of the party watching to see what would happen.
