With our 5th member likely joining us today, I'm still interested in inviting 1 more member into the club. If you know anyone who may be interested, pass along a permission slip.<\/p>\n
It was decided that the adventurers were here to find Hyoto's older brother, Hedoto, who had been shot into space accidentally on purpose by other individuals. Everyone is along to help Hyoto either out of the kindness of their heart or because of a mysterious benefactor who, among other things, offered to pay off Xytar's crippling debt.<\/p>\n Unfortunately, the ship they arrived on was punctured by many fragments from ancient, decaying satellites. Most of the crew left in escape pods, though Hyoto sought refuge in a water bottle and Xytar used his power armor (a relic from our TTRPG club last year, now destroyed from the stresses of reentry.)<\/p>\n Upon crash landing, a distant city skyline was seen as a possible place to start looking for Hyoto's brother.<\/p>\n Hyoto and Xytar dug for water, with Xytar making an impressive burrow and Hyoto filling the water bottle. Sapphire noticed some figures off in the distance. Xytar tried to go meet them first, but Hyoto and Sapphire thought this was unwise and convinced Xytar to wait instead.<\/p>\n After some particularly low skill check rolls, the party found themselves captured by 4 ft tall blue-skinned beings wielding spears and crossbows just as the session ended.<\/p>\n Some players still need to finish their character creation, but this is not expected to take up much time.<\/p>\n Some players may choose to spend 4 XP to increase certain character abilities before we get into the plot.<\/p>\n We begin with the party arriving at the Spwal village, named for ancient writing above the entrance to their largest building.
