(Barring additional All Major Days, we will have 9 more classes together this year.)<\/p>\n<p>Today's to-do list includes the following items:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Warm-Up:<\/strong>\n<ol>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/pgcps.instructure.com\/courses\/728049\/discussion_topics\/2807544\">2024-05-21 Warm-Up: Image File Types<\/a>\n<ol>\n<li>Directions: Use the \"Reply\" button in Canvas to hand in a response that explains the differences between the image formats listed below, then compare your work to that of your peers.<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">WHILE EACH OF THESE COULD HAVE THE DEFINITION OF \"IMAGE FILE FORMAT,\" YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO KNOW THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THESE FORMATS!<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li>GIF (.gif)<\/li>\n<li>JPEG (.jpg)<\/li>\n<li>PNG (.png)<\/li>\n<li>SVG (.svg)<\/li>\n<li>HEIC\/HEIF (.heic\/.heif)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><em>Warm-Ups are usually a 5 point Independent Work grade if a written response is expected, or a 5 point Assessment grade if the Warm-Up is a quiz.
