    1. No late work for 4th Quarter will be accepted after Friday, May 31st!<\/strong><\/span>\n

      1. This deadline is 2 weeks before the end of 4th Quarter. That time is needed to ensure all late work handed in before then is graded in a timely fashion.<\/li>\n
      2. Lesson 2<\/a> was due on 4\/2. Lesson 3<\/a> was due on 4\/5. Lesson 4<\/a> was due on 4\/11. Lesson 5<\/a> was due on 4\/16. Lesson 7<\/a> was due on 4\/19.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      3. Today's Lesson: Code.org Lesson 8: Mini-Project: User Input Programs

        1. Today's lesson will be completed in Code.org,\u00a0which you should log into through Clever.<\/a>\n
            \n
          1. There is a known bug where sometimes it will log you in through Google instead.<\/li>\n
          2. You'll know this has happened because you won't see our class (51-Elem Media Arts 2023-2024) listed near the bottom of your Code.org Dashboard.<\/li>\n
          3. If this happens, I cannot track your progress and you'll get a zero for the lesson.\n

            1. To fix this, log out of Code.org and log back in through Clever.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
            2. Remember to not start today's lesson until all previous lessons have been completed! Each lesson builds up the skills needed for the next one.<\/li>\n

              1. This lesson has nine (9) Levels. (I will frequently call them \"Bubbles\" as that's what I've been calling them with my younger students.)\n

                1. The first is a \"Prediction\" Level, where you are shown code and asked to guess what it does before running the code.<\/li>\n
                2. Level 2 is a video that we will watch together in class.<\/li>\n
                3. Levels 3-8 are linked together. Remember to not delete your working code as you'll have to start over again, likely from Level 3.<\/li>\n
                4. Level 9 is a \"Practice\" Level with 7 options. You may do all of them, but only one (1) is required to earn credit.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
                5. This is an IN-CLASS assignment, NOT HOMEWORK. Please stay on task to complete this work by the end of class!<\/strong>\n
