      1. Define the following professions in regards to what they do during a video production:\n
          \n
        1. Makeup Artist<\/li>\n
        2. Script Writer<\/li>\n
        3. Sound Technician<\/li>\n
        4. Storyboard Artist<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
        5. Warm-Ups are usually a 5 point Independent Work grade if a written response is expected, or a 5 point Assessment grade if the Warm-Up is a quiz. They are due at the start of class and not eligible for late submission or resubmission.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
        6. Scheduling<\/strong>\n
            \n
          1. Take a moment to check your schedule in SchoolMax to see your 3rd Quarter elective. A small number of students were given the same class twice. (Example: Given the Drama elective for Q1 and again for Q3.) Make sure this didn't happen to you.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
          2. Monthly Incentives<\/strong>\n

            1. Monthly Media Arts Incentive:<\/strong>\n

              1. \"Arcade Day\" at the end of the month.\n
                  \n
                1. January's Arcade Day is scheduled for 01\/18\/2024.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
                2. Students remain eligible unless a Notice of Concern has been earned that month for grades or behavior, though a student who missed out from low grades can earn back their Arcade Day privileges if they bring their grade back up.\n

                  1. Check SchoolMax - if your avg is 70% or above, you're probably eligible.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
                  2. Q2 Project 3<\/strong>\n
                      \n
                    1. \n
                        \n
                      1. Project 3 and its critiques have all been graded. No time remains to resubmit for a higher grade.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
                      2. Projects are 100 point Classwork grades, and are not eligible for late submission.<\/em>\n
                          \n
                        1. Projects\u00a0are<\/strong>\u00a0eligible for resubmission, but only once and with a limited window. These details are covered\u00a0in the syllabus<\/a>.<\/em><\/li>\n
                        2. The last project of any Quarter is almost always too close to the end of the grading window to be eligible for resubmission.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
                        3. Critiques are a 30 point Assessment grade and are not eligible for resubmission or late submission.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
                        4. Q2 Project 4<\/strong>\n
                            \n
                          1. Due to the extension of the Project 3 deadline, there will be NO Project 4 this Quarter. Make your Project 3 count!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
                          2. Mini-Lesson: Animated Title Card<\/a>\n

                            1. This project is MANDATORY for anyone with an average below 70%<\/span>.<\/li>\n
                            2. This project is OPTIONAL for anyone with an average of 70% or higher<\/span>.<\/li>\n
                            3. This is due IN CLASS TODAY! Do not intend to slack off, thinking you can finish it this evening. (Most who do this forget to complete it at home.)<\/li>\n
                            4. Unlike all previous projects, this will be uploaded directly to Canvas.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
