(No real names, people, or events.)<\/li>\n<li>\u25ba MP3 recording must be free of \"verbal filler\" (um, uh, so, like, etc. used between the actual content) and relatively free of background noise.<\/li>\n<li>\u25ba Written story must be EXACTLY 100 words in length and match the recording.<\/li>\n<li>\u25ba Written story must have acceptable spelling, grammar, and punctuation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>The best program we have for audio recording and editing is Audacity.\n<ol>\n<li>\u00a0(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=EwwBXQ2NLBE\">Tutorial here<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>I recommend using a USB mic. We have several in here, but ASK first.\n<ol>\n<li>Audacity only checks for a mic when it is first opened. Make sure your mic is plugged into the computer BEFORE you open Audacity!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>This is another program where \"save\" and \"export\" mean very different things.
