Today we are picking up were we left off and finishing up our first webpage planning activity. I want students to use as many details as possible so that the actual coding of the page won't take long, as it's no different than writing a script before a performance. Students that have already finished or will finish before the end of class will be able to start coding their webpage, primarily focusing on the spots where their text will be. I will also be showing the class 3 new tags ( &lt;ul&gt;, &lt;ol&gt;, and &lt;li&gt; ) that can help them create numbered or bullet pointed lists on their page. And I'll show them another tag that can help them space things out on the page for now. The goal will be to ensure that students understand how to properly place the code in the program, as well as how to save both an html copy and a text copy to be able to edit and make changes when needed. I will continue to exercise patience considering that we are using a new method of coding for this class, however it is my hope that everyone will have at least a base webpage done before the end of class. Guidelines will be posted in canvas along with a submission, but again if I see the need to extend this I will depending on the effort I see in class (<strong>playing and talking will not give you extra time, be warned<\/strong>).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hello BDF family.
