Robots are controlled by computers, which can only do exactly what they're told. When the instructions aren't clear, things usually go wrong.<\/li>\n<li>Today, we're going to take turns being programmers and computers.\n<ol>\n<li>We'll be using <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1fP17cvU0GKHti2xDQx5ggsDw5Zr55AfURinDMQwAilI\/edit?usp=sharing\">this worksheet<\/a>. One side is a game for you to play with a partner. Select an image and try using the symbols above to give directions on how to recreate it in the boxes provided.<\/li>\n<li>Trade papers with someone nearby and have them try to follow your directions while you follow theirs.<\/li>\n<li>Did it work? If not, what went wrong?<\/li>\n<li>Try again with the 2nd puzzle and a different image.<\/li>\n<li>On the other side of the paper, you have several puzzles to complete by yourself. Finish all of them before class ends.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>This is an IN-CLASS assignment, NOT HOMEWORK.
