THIS VIDEO EXPLAINS THE EXPECTATIONS FOR THE DAY!

Our 1st semester will focus on media creation, while or 2nd semester will focus more on coding.

Regardless of the lesson, FouloisTech.info should be your destination every time you come into class. This space will be used to provide announcements, lessons, and other resources.

  1. Objective:
    1. Students will complete a plan for a video (storyboard) to demonstrate their creativity and storytelling skills.
  2. Announcements:
    1. No late work for this Quarter will be accepted after Monday, January 12th!
      1. This deadline is 2 weeks before the end of the Quarter and is far more lenient than PGCPS policy.
      2. Work owed from unexcused absences will still not be accepted.
      3. Between January 12th and the last day of the Quarter, PGCPS policy will be followed.
  3. Previous Lessons: Audio 1, Audio 2, Audio 3, Field Trip Storyboard. Audio 4, Audio 5, Video 1, Video 2, Video 3, Video 4, Video 5, Video 6
  4. Today's Lesson: Field Trip Storyboard
    1. Start by watching this video, which explains the process of making a storyboard.
    2. Once we've refreshed our memories from 3rd grade, we will be using this template to plan out a short video showing what you think Mr. Smith is doing during his field trip today with his majors.
      1. Mr. Smith has lots of storyboard papers copied and ready to hand out. There are extras if you end up needing them, but it's expected that one double/sided page should take the entire class if you remain on task.
      2. This is a graded assignment! Mr. Smith might be out of the building, but the work continues to have merit.
    3. If you owe work and finish the storyboard early, you may log in and complete any missing assignments.
        1. Finish the storyboard first! This is the new grade and it should not be skipped.
  5. This is an IN-CLASS assignment, NOT HOMEWORK. Please stay on task to complete this work by the end of class!
