Today's to-do list includes the following items:

1. Warm-Up:
   1. 2024-06-03 Warm-Up: Ask Mr. Smith
      1. Directions: Use the "Reply" button in Canvas to ask Mr. Smith a question.
         1. You should NOT already know the answer. (If we've covered it several times this year, you should know it.)
         2. It should NOT be a question that can easily be answered by doing a Google Search.
         3. It SHOULD be a question that relates to Media Arts.
         4. It should NOT focus on Mr. Smith's life story.
      2. Warm-Ups are usually a 5 point Independent Work grade if a written response is expected, or a 5 point Assessment grade if the Warm-Up is a quiz. They are due at the start of class and not eligible for late submission or re-submission.
2. Monthly Incentives
   1. Monthly Media Arts Incentive:
      1. "Arcade Day" at the end of the month.
         1. June's Arcade Day is scheduled for 06/11/2024.
      2. Students remain eligible unless a Notice of Concern has been earned that month for grades or behavior, though a student who missed out from low grades can earn back their Arcade Day privileges if they bring their grade back up.
         1. Check SchoolMax - if your avg is 70% or above, you're probably eligible.
3. Q4 Project 3: Student Choice, RE-SUBMIT was due 06-01
4. Q4 Project 4: Student Choice was due 05-31

   1. 06-03: Critique Day

   2. Projects are 100 point Classwork grades, and are not eligible for late submission.
      1. Projects 1-3 are eligible for re-submission, but only once and with a limited window. Project 4 is due too close to the end of the Quarter to allow for time to resubmit. These details are covered in the syllabus.
   3. Critiques are a 30 point Assessment grade and are not eligible for re-submission or late submission.
