  • Q4 Project Deadlines:
    1. Remaining School Days
      1. June 12, 8th Grade Promotion, Darnall's Chance Presentation (9:30-10:30AM for select majors)
        1. 2024-2025 Media Arts Reflections
          1. Begin by making a copy of this document.
          2. The content is more important than the technical issues. If you get stuck, ASK FOR HELP.
          3. The rubric below lists exactly what I’m looking for. For example, the first slide in your presentation NEEDS to include your name. That will be an embarrassing 25 points off if you forget it.
          4. YOU DON’T NEED TO LEAVE THE RUBRICS IN PLACE! I already know the rubric. It's there for your own reference, not mine.
            1. ► 25% 1st slide contains student’s name. Additionally, all slides follow the same thematic formatting IRT color and font choices. (You can change how it looks, but change it for ALL the slides.)
            2. ► 25% Slide 2 showcases the student’s Film Festival Entry and includes the following:
A sample or full embedding of the project. (5%)
A sentence explaining what the student liked about the project. (10%)
A sentence explaining what the student would do to improve the project if they did it again. (10%)
            3. ► 25% Slide 3 follows the same format as slide 2, but for a graded Media Arts project that was NOT for the Film Festival.
              1. The student’s Darnall’s Chance project could also be used for this.
            4. ► 25% Slide 4 includes whatever parting comments the student has for Mr. Smith. BE HONEST.
          5. HAND IN YOUR COMPLETED REFLECTION USING THIS FORM!
