Session 16-17 Recap

Plot:

The party are a band of adventurers hired by a local lord to deal with the troubles of a border town named Bakewell. The lord would deal with these himself, but he's currently hunting a fugitive from the Feywild who caused some serious mischief.

On the way to Bakewell, the party were attacked by a giant wild boar. It did significant damage to Xytar (as the party tank, he survived) before being chased off into the woods.

Arriving in Bakewell, the party were informed that a lot of people had complaints. These included:

  • Sheriff Jake. All the town cats have gone missing.
  • Layna at the pub. Someone’s stealing her onions.
  • Cain the carpenter. Can’t get willow root.
  • Java the cobbler. Missing a shipment of berries.
  • Brother Buck at church. Parishioners can’t get through the pass to attend services.
  • School children claim there are goblins at the lake bothering people.
  • Bree the baker. Can’t make maple syrup.
  • Smoke at the potions shop. Needs something from the old willow tree.

All things being equal, the party decided on the cat quest first. Asking around the schoolhouse, they were given a series of riddles by the groundskeeper that informed them a gnome had taken the cats away to a nearby cave. The session ended there.

Session 18

Characters:

  • Eriogh Atashiti - Halfling Mechanist
  • Geon - Beastkin Ranger
  • Raisa - Syderean Warlock
  • Xytar - Syderean Paladin

Plot:

After a quick description of how the characters arrive at the cave entrance, the adventure will continue with them venturing into the unknown.
