    1. 11-9 In your journal, list at least three questions you have for Mr. Smith about the class or technology in general. (I will answer them when I check your work on Wednesday.)

        1. Are you making a Google Slide presentation?
          1. Make an outline in your journal to plan out what's going on what slide!
        2. Are you making a video?
          1. Start with a storyboard in your journal!

          3. Students who were here in 5th grade last year should be able to help you if you're stuck.
          4. Current 5th grade work is on the bulletin board.
      2. Production
        1. Need art for your Google Slides?
          1. DON'T use Google Image Search, that stuff's copyrighted and you WILL get a zero.
          2. OpenClipArt.org is a good resource.
        2. Ready to record your video?
          1. Carefully review your storyboard. Speak the lines out loud while timing yourself to make sure it's @ 2 1/2 minutes.
          2. If you're comfortable with the timing, rehearse with classmates IF YOU CAN.
          3. Are your classmates focused on their own work? Consider searching for a good song to use for your video. There's a lot of good songs that you're ALLOWED to use in the YouTube Audio Library.
