      1. Example: Chroma key screens on the weeks up to the first due date.
    2. On other days, just ask.

      1. Last class, someone didn't return the memory card for one of the cameras.

      2. Resubmissions will only be accepted if original video was uploaded ON TIME.
    3. Homework
      1. This week's homework:
        1. 5 pts: Pacing (Is it so slow the audience gets bored? Is it so fast the audience misses things?)
        2. 5 pts: Audio (Is the dialogue clearly spoken? Do other sounds drown the dialogue out? Do the sounds help reinforce the plot?
        3. 5 pts: Visuals (Title & credits?Can the audience see what's going on?  Do the shot choices direct the audience's focus in ways that help move the plot along? Are the transitions distracting?)
        4. 5 pts: Video should include no characters (human, animal, OR personified objects) or dialogue but should show something cool being done.

        1. 10 points ► Storyboard includes every shot in the 1st minute of the video.
        2. 10 points ► Storyboard accurately depicts the placement of characters/set in each shot.
        3. 10 points ► Storyboard accurately depicts the pose of characters in each shot.
        4. 10 points ► Storyboard accurately depicts the camera angle in each shot.
    5. Homework Critiques
      1. Due TODAY, 10-27-2017
      2. MAKE A COPY of the document shared in Google Classroom by clicking on "File" and then "Make a copy."
      3. Have another Media Arts Major share their homework video from last week with you. (This was today's Warm-Up...)
      4. Share your copied sheet with that student, but DO NOT give them editing rights.
      5. Complete ALL the blue cells on your copy of this sheet.
      6. Repeat these steps until you have 4 completed sheets.
      7. Submit ALL 4 SHEETS for a classwork grade.
      8. Up to 10 points/sheet, up to 4 sheets. (Score is out of 40.)
