Warm-Up: How can you tell when someone didn't use a script and/or practice their lines before recording?

Agenda:

1. Window for Argument videos & emails is CLOSED.
   1. If your parent did not email me by 12/2/2016, your grade in SchoolMax WILL NOT change.
   2. If your parent emailed me and your latest submission has been marked as LATE, your grade in SchoolMax WILL NOT change.
2. Homework is still due on the 9th.
3. Essays
   1. If you submitted it, I graded it.
   2. If you don't like your grade, I'll need an email from a parent before I'll look at your resubmission.
   3. Emails and resubmissions are due on the 9th.
4. Media Arts MP3
   1. Due on the 9th.
   2. File submitted is an .mp3 (No other file types will be accepted!)
   3. Student introduces themselves at the beginning.
   4. Student speaks clearly, with proper grammar and an absence of background noise. (REHEARSE BEFORE RECORDING!)
   5. Student lists 3 UNIQUE AND INTERESTING (Ex: NOT "I like video games.") reasons why they like being a Media Arts major.
   6. Recording is 1-2 minutes long. (TIME YOURSELF WHILE REHEARSING!)
5. Work time:
   1. Revise your script.
   2. PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE!
   3. Time yourself.
   4. Revise your script as needed.
   5. PRACTICE MORE!
   6. All done? Return to step 5.1 anyway.
